  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 4–14 business days from the date of dispatch (depending on your location).

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above $99

  • Orders below this amount may attract a shipping fee 

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, repeated customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
