At LeCavelle, we take utmost care in ensuring that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product you received is damaged or defective.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Proof of damage (clear photos or videos of the product and packaging) must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
Products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or dislike after use.
Only products with manufacturing defects or transit damage are eligible.
3. Process for Refund/Replacement
Contact us at support email within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order details and damage proof.
Once verified, we will initiate either:
A replacement shipment of the same product (subject to availability).
A refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not possible).
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Shipping Costs
If approved, return shipping costs for damaged/defective products will be covered by LeCavelle.
