At LeCavelle, we take utmost care in ensuring that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product you received is damaged or defective.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

  • Proof of damage (clear photos or videos of the product and packaging) must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or dislike after use.

  • Only products with manufacturing defects or transit damage are eligible.

3. Process for Refund/Replacement

  • Contact us at support email within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order details and damage proof.

  • Once verified, we will initiate either:

    • A replacement shipment of the same product (subject to availability).

    • A refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not possible).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If approved, return shipping costs for damaged/defective products will be covered by LeCavelle.
